It’s a good strategy if you’re trying to consume fewer calories and if you have a busy schedule . The goal of this particular post is to clarify a scheduling issue that many people tend to have. IF can work whether you wake up at 6 AM, 10 AM or even 8 PM. It’s all about creating your feeding and fasting windows . Whenever you wake up, just don’t eat or drink anything with calories for 6 hours. Then you eat or drink all of your calories for the day in the next 8 hours. Then you fast again and sleep until you restart the next day. So this works at any time of the day. Just remember 6-8-10🤔 . Try to get your workout in either right before breaking your fast or during the feeding window (8 hours)💪🏼😉 . What day is it!? #internationalchestday That's right folks it is so let's get to it with some of the workouts from my Killer Chest Carving Circuit. 1️⃣ T Bench DB Press 10reps (5- R/L Mid) and (5 double press) x 4 sets 2️⃣ Semi Squat Cable Pull Overs 5 reps (4:0:2:0 tempo) x 4 sets 3️⃣ Resistance Band Push ups 10 reps superset with Elevated Blast off Plyo pushups (AMRAP) x 3 sets . Now I usually always start my chest days with a large Barbell bench press set (not shown) but these movements afterwards are some of the lifts I do afterwards to create the overall strength and aesthetic I'm going for. . . . And it’s usually not because they left out this snack or that slice of pizza.⁣ ⁣ It’s the small things that add up.⁣ ⁣ Hidden Calories.⁣ ⁣ Here are the most common hidden calories you may encounter, that definitely need to be taken into consideration when planning your overall diet.⁣ ⁣ KETCHUP 🍅 and other side sauces and dips.⁣ ⁣ SUGAR 🍫and other flavorings in your tea or morning coffee⁣ ⁣ FRIES 🍟 - just a handful of your friends can easily be 100 calories⁣ ⁣ OLIVE OIL 🍳when you cook at home. Tip - don’t pour! measure with a table spoon. ⁣ ⁣ DESERT 🧁 - not yours but those couple of bites of your spouses. ⁣ ⁣ SALAD DRESSING 🥗 - Come aaaaaan, you already know this one.⁣ ⁣ NUTS 🥜 - nuts might be a ‘healthy snack’ but are also calorically dense. My cat is obsessed with laying as close to my face as possible. I left the house for about a half hour today and she is acting as if I abandoned her. Lol. Real talk..
