Killed quads with a little bit of hammies today. Kept the workout fairly heavy and hit 8-12 rep ranges with things like quad extensions. My usual workout for legs start with squats always, a leg press or hack squat and a leg extension or even sissy squats to finish. Train heavy and put calories to the legs for growth. Sleep too.
