Provide more muscle mind connection to the Pre-exhaust Muscle which where Quads. 🔴 Narrow-Low Stance Leg Press:- 🔸Narrow and Low foot Placement derives more involvement of Quads in a Leg Press movement. 🔸The purpose of choosing the Compound Movement after the Isolate movement. We have already exhausted the Quads now we are trying to hit more Volume with compound movements. You already have a better muscle-mind connection in the previous exercise and a great Oxygen and Blood Pump in it.
