I feel this is a highly underrated, yet crucial training tool.
Whether you do it for actual fighting, or to just better your skill set, in boxing, kickboxing, whatever else it may be you practice...It allows you to visualize, and work different techniques, along with trying out different combos, drills etc :)
If you’re not shadow boxing yet, you’re selling yourself short, start with just 5 minutes a session, you’ll notice a huge difference in everything! Have fun!!!!

Coaching is something I am so passionate about where sometimes I overthink things to be the “perfect” coach that people want me to be. That sometimes I forget to live in the moment and let things that are going on around me set in. Now, this isn’t just my job. But, everything In life.
As humans, keeping up in a fast pace World. Sometimes it hard to take a second and focus on what’s going on around us. But, it’s so important because in life’s little moments. There is always something that we could miss out on if we’re not present.
Goal for the week: Keep a daily reminder somewhere you can see it. To remind you to focus on being present no matter where you are. ⭐️ Happy Monday team 🧡🤙🏼

So I planned on competing mid-August at Southeastern Regionals, but I have recently decided to pull out of the competition for various reasons. The biggest reason is that I have a lot of pressure/stress from the MCAT (which I’m taking early September) during the month of August. In the end I have to remember that my life goals come first and must be prioritized over lifting regardless of how much I love it. Just a little life update lol. I’ll still be training as hard as ever 🔥
CHEST WORKOUT! 💪🏼 Here is the chest component of my chest and tris workout! I’ll be putting up the triceps component tomorrow so keep an eye out 👍🏼

⭐️Bench Press - 5 reps x 5 sets (heavier weight)
⭐️DB Incline Press - 8 reps x 3 sets
⭐️Flat Bench Plate Press - 10 reps x 3 sets
⭐️Cable Flies (high setting) - 12 reps x 3 sets
⭐️Cable Flies (low setting) - 12 reps x 3 sets
I chose to superset exercises 2 & 3 and 4 & 5 but totally up to you how you go about it 🤷🏽♀️ Remember to SAVE 🙌🏼
