✨ TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Swipe ▶️ 2019 🔸 2017 🔸 2013 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I created this page, I wanted to be as transparent as possible. I wanted my followers to get know ME with NO secrets 🙅🏽‍♀️. I wanted to show everyone that you CAN make a change if you put your mind to it and have patience. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As you can see, my weight loss journey from 2013 to now has been significant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2017 was a hard year for me. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life. I felt loss and depressed. I thought my life was going one direction but it wasn’t. All I felt like I had was my family, my love @mr.west29 and French fries 🍟 haha ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I keep these picture because 1️⃣ my brothers look so handsome 🤗 and 2️⃣ it reminds me WHY I started this fitness journey with my mama @queennettbuchanan. I wanted to get out the dark place. And I did just that with working out! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Between cheerleading, gymnastics and choreography I have always been accustomed to HIGH intensity movements. So my type of training just resonated with me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now, 2 years later. I workout because I ENJOY it. It makes me happy. It gives me motivation. It pushes me. I was able to make a career out of it! I love the look on my clients faces after a work out and we “tap tap” out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It brings me so much joy that I can share my passion for fitness with someone who never imagined they could smile after I kill them in a workout ♥️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is my story and I #LiveForFitness . Sunday mornings are made for pancakes 🥞 Ingredients: 1 Large Banana 🍌 2 Medium Eggs 🥚 Splash of vanilla extract Toppings of your choice Method: 1) Mash the banana up in a bowl until it resembles a purée 2) Stir in two beaten eggs and a splash of vanilla extract 3) Heat a large non-stick frying pan and add a spoonful of coconut oil 4) Scoop a spoonful of the batter into the frying pan and cook on each side for 1-2 mins 5) Create a stack of pancakes and top with your choice of toppings (I’ve added natural Greek yoghurt and raspberries) #pancakes #breakfast #healthy #food #personaltrainer #surrey #fitness #liveforfitness #banana

If you're in the gym for more than 60 minutes. You're wasting your time and you could also be wasting your muscle. This is because roughly after 60 minutes of intense weight training your body will start to produce more of the stress hormone cortisol. Which is said to create a testosterone blocking effect in the body. Which will start to eat away at that hard earned muscle. You don't want that. Been working on cardio. Recently signed up for @lululemon ’s 10K run that’s going to be held in San Diego in November! 😅 Pretty excited, even though cardio training is a b*tch! Also, I would like to challenge myself to try out different sports that are outside my comfort zone, for example running 6 miles lol. And possibly STP, and try-a-tri next summer, even though swimming isn’t what I am good at. With training I think things that might seem impossible, are possible. But it’s gonna be tough! Mental & physical challenge!
