When I created this page, I wanted to be as transparent as possible. I wanted my followers to get know ME with NO secrets 🙅🏽♀️. I wanted to show everyone that you CAN make a change if you put your mind to it and have patience. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As you can see, my weight loss journey from 2013 to now has been significant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2017 was a hard year for me. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life. I felt loss and depressed. I thought my life was going one direction but it wasn’t. All I felt like I had was my family, my love @mr.west29
and French fries 🍟 haha ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I keep these picture because 1️⃣ my brothers look so handsome 🤗 and 2️⃣ it reminds me WHY I started this fitness journey with my mama @queennettbuchanan.
I wanted to get out the dark place. And I did just that with working out! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Between cheerleading, gymnastics and choreography I have always been accustomed to HIGH intensity movements. So my type of training just resonated with me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, 2 years later. I workout because I ENJOY it. It makes me happy. It gives me motivation. It pushes me. I was able to make a career out of it! I love the look on my clients faces after a work out and we “tap tap” out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It brings me so much joy that I can share my passion for fitness with someone who never imagined they could smile after I kill them in a workout ♥️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
