My feet is a bit swollen, & Well I didn’t get the results I wanted or expected at my Doctor’s Appointment today, it was Said to me that I gained back 6 of the 14lbs I worked hard to lose 😔. Setbacks r sometimes important because for me it helps me to remember what my goal is. I ate several things that I knew I’m not supposed to but I’m back at it & I’m determined & although I failed myself last week, I still have today to get it “Right”!!! #HealthyLifeStyle #IsWhatI
