We are FINALLY getting some sun & warmth here in Toronto, which means more morning walks🥳
Last summer, I loved going on my 7K walls in the morning. I think that’s what really helped slim me & lose any stubborn weight.
If you didn’t follow me this time last year, you wouldn’t know that last summer my goal was to lose the weight I had put on in my freshman year of uni. Exercise wise I did this through @kayla_itsines
Walking is like therapy for me! I love just zoning out & enjoying the scenery while getting some steps in. Today i’m going with my momma🤗
