Meet “Sanchez”, he was found in a warehouse yesterday and has head trauma and was very dehydrated. He is sleepy in the video because of the meds but was alert when I rescued him. He was very stressed when I got him so I am hoping he does not have capture myopathy. My guess is that the head trauma is from being hit by a car because the business was near very busy roads. If you would like to help Sanchez and the other fawn at Magnolia Fawn Rescue donations can go to:
Good morning from Magnolia Fawn Rescue. This is Stitch loving on our kittens, it is one of my favorite videos.
Saturday morning we will have another barn building day and do fawn chores so come on out and volunteer! I have some new followers lately and would like for them to know that my rescue is a 501c3 non profit organization. It is run completely out of pocket with donations from some very kind people. All the fawn and deer care is done by myself and my husband is building a barn for my rescue, he is the best husband in the world. It is so wonderful when we have volunteers come out to help because it is a lot of work for just two people. Magnolia Fawn Rescue has an Amazon Wishlist, a go fund me and a PayPal so people can help with care of the fawn and deer here. Thank you so very much to everyone who has helped my rescue, this year, I have rescued over 50 fawn which would not be possible without your support.❤️
Good Sunday morning from Magnolia Fawn Rescue. Yesterday we moved Jesi, Bobo and Lincoln, the 3 non releasable yearling bucks to the pen with the older non releasable deer. Lincoln went in thinking he could be “king of the herd “ and started swatting the other deer but quickly learned from Allie, the dominate doe, that he was on the bottom of pecking order around here. He had been bossing the other yearling bucks and Doenut in the other pen so I figured he would attempt it in there too. I left Doenut in the other pen so Lincoln would not bother her and moved Fork Shoals in with her as a companion until Lincoln settles down. As soon as we finish their new barn I will move those 2 does in with the rest of the herd. We have not worked on the barn for a week because my husband pulled something in his shoulder so he is letting it heal, it is starting to feel alittle better and he is anxious to get started on the barn again. We have 14 adult deer and 4 fawn that are non releasable. 2 of the fawn are blind and 2 are dwarfs and we would like the barn finished before winter comes. If you would like to help us finish the barn donations can be made through Magnolia Fawn Rescue’s PayPal or go fund me or sent to :
