👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I needed to see this today. I literally flipped the scale off this morning! 🖕🖕 I am an everyday weigher. I try not to be, because I know weight fluctuates by the hour, but it keeps me accountable. It makes me realize what foods and habits work for me on a daily basis. I think I'm going to try and weigh myself once a week though. I'll keep you posted! .
Before losing this glorious 40 pounds (39 this morning 🤬) I was feeling horrible. I was so exhausted, my feet were always killing me, none of my clothes fit, I looked horrible in my photos, I felt like I couldn't catch my breath and I was always living in fear that my weight was going to cause a health issue I wouldn't be able to reverse. It was really effing hard!! I felt trapped in my body. .
Now that I'm eating healthier and trying to be more active, I feel amazing. I dont find keto to be extremely hard, but days when I'm bloated or the scale isn't budging and I'm doing everything right, I get discouraged and it feels hard. I realize though that even if I stay stuck here for awhile, I'm healthier than I was. I'm smaller and more comfortable in my skin than I was and I'm doing the right thing for my health, so I would rather choose this lifestyle over my old one anyday! It's a struggle, but it's worth every planned meal and workout. Wishing everyone here working on their fitness the best!! 🥓🥩🍫💪🔥🏃♀️🎉
