Fun fact: I used to never like Greek food at all mainly because black olives turned me off of the whole idea of eating Greek food (Call me weird I know)😂

This quote has been sitting heavy on me lately. .
Pretty much all of last year I was NOT making MYSELF a priority. I was NOT doing things to better myself or my life. I pushed my health and well being to the back burner. .
I then would look in the mirror and be incredibly unhappy with how I looked and felt. I would then proceed to do nothing about it but complain. 🤦🏼♀️
Then one day I decided I was over it and wanted to make a change. .
I began to make myself a priority again. The number 1️⃣ priority. I found the time by waking up earlier to get my workout in and have the ME time I was never having before.
My health and wellness is now a top priority of mine and I will continue making the time for it! I feel like a much happier and positive person because of it too! So I think that’s a major win! 🙌🏼

That was always my excuse...I hate morning..I’m tired..after work I just am too exhausted..on and on went my excuses...UNTIL.. 1)I was tired of feeling exhausted😴
2)I was tired of feeling like CRAP💩
3)I was sick of giving up on myself😪

⏰it only stinks to get up early for the 1st few minutes😉 🙋🏻♀️Yep, I still don’t like mornings 🤷🏻♀️but no more giving up on me...my alarm goes off at 3:50 a.m.🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ but I’ve learned to love it (after those first few minutes🤪) 😳so instead of saying I DON’T HAVE TIME..at least be honest with yourself..try saying “I’m not a priority” instead and see how that makes you feel😬
