Marathon Man #Reboot . I know, long time no post. Been busy running😉 I sort of fell out of this whole Insta thing... Instead I’ve fallen in love with running all over again. Running 5 times a week now instead of the 2-3 before. Been building up my weekly milage slowly. 55k-64-77-84- looking at 110ish k in about 3 weeks. Most importantly the structured training is back. And I love it! Mon: rest-ish (maybe swim a bit😉) Tue: High intensity (intervals, tempo) Wed: Recovery run Thurs: High intensity -on the bike✌🏾as a precaution to avoid injuries. At least for now. Fri: Recovery run Sat: Long run - trail if possible Sun: Recovery run . . It feels so good to be back running again more like I used to. Well, I still have ways to go to build up speed. But I trust the process. There will be speed! . And luckily @jlgruns is there for that and will accept my tired body and brain pace for 3 miles. . We're all tired, Sam, Pam, me, and now the husband, everyone except Bert. But it's only going to get better. . I feel like I should have some great training in site, but right now we're just happy for our 3 miles sans puppy. And that is enough.
