💥Now, here's the deal. I love a good salad with my pizza, and have found that piling it nice and high on top of a slice makes all the sense in the world and makes me extremely happy, especially when its baby kale or arugula. So that's what I did in the second pic if you swipe right. Just wash those babies well with eatCleaner first to get rid of the muck water can't, then toss your greens with a delish olive oil - this new one I picked up from @olivepressca
is so flavorful and legit - a dash of good balsamic and some crushed red pepper and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Then, you have everything you need in a bite - bitter, umami and sour flavors with a dash of heat. That is the answer to life right there.
