in Sri Lankan cuisine! We made masala vadai fritters, a delicious kukul mas chicken curry served with kaha bath yellow coconut rice, quick and easy naan and parippu (a lentil veggie side dish). Finishing off with coconut crepes, a great dish to finish off any meal of the day. 😋
A fun night, well paced no stress class. Delreen was a delight in sharing her passion of Sri Lankan food with us all, very knowledgeable, and accommodating to various spice levels. Definitely recommended.
This is also one of least preppy classes we've done, so if you're after quick, easy-ish one pot meals to recreate at home with minimal knife skills this is the one. 😉🔪🍷
