TASTY THURSDAY IS HERE⬇️
Savoury and DELICIOUS 😜
➖1/2 cup shredded zucchini
➖1 tbsp olive oil
➖1 cup almond flour
➖2 taps arrowroot flour
➖1 tsp baking powder
➖1/2 tsp dry basil
➖1/4 tsp dried thyme
➖1/4 tsp salt
Mis together wet ingredients then add in dry ingredients.
Mix together well. Pour 1/4 batter on a non stick pre heated pan. Flip once golden brown.
Repeat again until 3-4 pancakes are made 😍 top with a yummy soft boiled egg! ✅

Look to change up little parts of your regular meals💯
I.e if you’re favourite food for breakfast is a bowl of cornflakes I wouldn’t expect you to swap it to ‘protein powder and oats' any time soon haha
But overtime you may slowly want to swap certain foods and introduce better choices!
Focus on more Long Term rather than Short Term🚀
