In recent months my life has changed significantly (for the better). I've been learning a lot both professionally and personally and for the first time (in quite a while), I don't feel like I'm stagnant.⠀
One of the things that greatly resonated with me was something I read recently and it's essentially, "you can't manage what don't measure." It was the simplicity of reading it...in conjunction with everyone else around me, that just made sense and got me thinking about things.⠀
One of the things that it got me thinking about was my own mental health - so I've been actively using an app to track my mood. I've found it to be incredibly helpful with identifying the reasons and factors that I may be feeling a bit...off.
