One would think that any avid lifter would join the dots and figure out that there are only so many variations of a Tricep Extension that you can do and the rest is all about mixing and matching their sequencing in your workouts. The only good thing about these dime-a-dozen magic bullet routines is that ONE exercise glossed over somewhere can give you an idea of what subtle changes to switch into your routine. __ Triceps Pre-Exhaustion: Pulley Pushdowns A1. Close Grip Bench Press: 65 kgs x 16 reps 70 x 13 75 x 12 + 5 = 17 Rest-Paused B1. EZ Pullovers: 3 sets B2. EZ Skullcrushers: 3 sets C1. One Arm Tricep Pushdowns: 3 sets to Failure D1.
