Yes! The Most High’s timing is perfect 💕. In the past I was impatient and rushed being in relationships. That rush was due to feelings of insecurity, loneliness, and not feeling worthy. Also, I think a major factor was never having my father in my life. The lack of a male figure drew a strong desire to be noticed and loved by any man, and I do mean any! This is why I only attracted toxic men, in particular #narcissistic men who were verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive. It can be quite hard to wait on Yah when you feel empty inside, unworthy and unpretty. Because I stepped out of bounds I experienced the worst men a woman could encounter. Now that I’ve been delivered twice from the snares of #narcissisticabuse I am content and #trustingtheprocess the journey The Most High has me on. When feelings of insecurity arise I don’t pine for or search for a man, I pray, journal and read scripture. Waiting on Yah means to be obedient, patient and trusting that the Father will provide. 💕🙏🏾 #sothankful #spiritualawakening #spiritualgrowth #daughterofthemosthigh #narcissistaredemons #notavictimbutasurvivor #nomoretoxicpeople #narcabusesurvivor
Narcissists will use many forms of abuse to manipulate their victims. Cyberstalking is one such abuse. However, it is simple to evidence and there are 3 Acts which protect victims and legislate against cyberstalking in the UK ; The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and the Communications Act 2003. If you suspect you are a victim of cyberstalking always share your suspicions with people you trust, professionals and the police. Just when you think you’ve cleared an emotional hurdle, down you fall. Getting back up and dusting myself off today. #selfcare #bestisyettocome #hopelovefaith #healing #narcabusesurvivor #narcabuserecovery #sexaddictiontreatment #betteroffalone
Recovery from abuse is hard. Especially as it is something so ignored or stigmatized. I’ve had to miss days of work claiming I have a bug but it’s really because I’m battling ptsd or going through abrupt adjustments of my medications from my therapist which causes me to feel sick. Even if I’m not sick, sometimes I just need a healthy escape from everything. Self care is so important. Recovering from abuse requires you to rewire your brain and removed the brainwash while also finding your true identity. On days that feel extra hard what do you do to help clear your mind or do something that’s just for you?
