Today was supposed to be cardio fix however I needed more of a challenge and I decided to do cardio core from week 2 of #80dayobsession because It's a butt kicker!😜 Also I wanted to see how much stronger I am with the core excercizes using the strength sliders.💪 I burned 352 calories, got a great sweat and I had fun being that I haven't done this workout in over a month.♥️♥️ Anyway friends I hope you have an amazing Tuesday and I will see you soon.💜 . . . . . . . . . The muscle definition after just ten days of new workouts is super exciting. Today I am 3 months postpartum and if you have been watching my stories you know 3 things: 1. ONLY A LIFE LIVED FOR OTHERS IS A LIFE WORTHWHILE Albert Einstein Had the pleasure of visiting 🚒 Charlotte Fire Station 26 today. I found out a really cool thing. One of these firefighters was apart of my rescue and actually remembered the call. That bad of a car accident in a residential neighborhood leaves a lasting impression. I live because of the skill of firefighters. When @jpsotol asked if I was going to workout with them, I said "of course." I had no idea he really meant WORKOUT 😱 These guys are beasts. Ascending/descending ladder 20 reps of jump squats, pullups, and pushups. I did 10 reps of squats and pushups and threw in side lunges and walking lunges. They even gave me a cold bottle of water from the truck. JP says  Firehouse 16 needs to step up its game.  But I did have a surprise visit from 16 @chard.nc. Today's exercise! A few years ago, I would have never even considered painting my house, MYSELF, by hand! As a matter of fact, when a friend recommended it, I told him he was NUTS! . . I am SURE that it's the work I've done with #LIIFT4 (thanks @joelfreemanfitness ) , among other programs, that has given me the strength and stamina to take on this project.
