What will a good supplement do for you?
This is a question we’ve personally asked ourselves many times before and a question that drives all of our product development. The funny part is, there’s no clear answer…Let me explain.
In short, the only answer is, if a supplement is effective for you, it’ll do something. That something depends on you.
Let’s say you aren’t effectively utilising the nutrients and minerals you do eat so you take a fulvic mineral to aid utilisation. Now you’re body is able to produce more energy which could be the difference between you snapping at your partner after a bad day because you're tired, and being present to listen and answer calmly.
Or let’s say you're studying but find you lose focus after an hour and struggle to think clearly. So you take citicholine which allows your body to replenish its acetylcholine (neurotransmitter) and lets you focus for longer. Now, instead of drifting off after an hour and wasting 3 hours of time doing sub-par work, you can stay on task for 2 solid hours, finish your study and free up time to do something you love.
That’s the sign of an effective supplement. Something that helps you achieve your goals. It’s not always an obvious feeling like caffeine but if it works it's there. However, the only way to make sure it works is to find a way to quantify it.
