2 of My Favorite Glute Exercises: 1) Sumo Stance Cable Squats. 4x8-10 Fantastic isolation and reinforces the squat by taking pressure off the low back. Also notice the depth I can hit with ease, full range of motion is key! 2) Barbell Hip Thrust. 4x8 Great for power, an exercise that you can load up with a lot of weight. Make sure to keep the weight on the heels. If you feel this in the hamstrings take a step or two forward! Both are great accessory lifts... The free weights are more for power and strength while the constant tension from the cable helps with mind muscle connection and hypertrophy!
