What real life morning, just woke up yoga looks like.
No crops top, no beautiful hair, no fancy poses. Just my baggy vegan t-shirt and harem pants that I’ve worn a 1000 times and just love.
Personally my morning practise is about gently waking up my body and mind, and my breath connection.
It’s taken a lot of will power to become an early riser and I’m not someone who can jump into warrior or handstands upon waking up, that is all saved for post gym workout.
Just realise even the smallest and gentlest of movements early morning is better than nothing and staying I bed for that extra snooze alarm ⏰
