Do you like to meal plan? I do. It’s a great way to avoid food waste, save money, and reduce the stress and indecision of trying to decide on your meals each day.
My husband and I sit down each weekend and plan our meals for the upcoming week. We don’t need to plan our breakfast meals as we tend to eat the same thing each week, and for lunches we plan one or two meals and cook in bulk for the whole week. It’s dinners that we focus the most time on since we like to cook something different most days.
This is what we’ll be eating for dinner this week. We’re trying to use as many of our existing pantry and freezer items as we can for our meals this week while we continue with our May #nospendchallenge
