Do you struggle with black heads?
The clean pore vacuum is a method for reducing black heads. Blackheads suck. Pore vacuums are mini vacuums that work by using suction to deeply clean out your pores.
So did this device work for me?
I class myself as lucky that I don’t suffer with large pores, however I do have some that I keep at bay by using AHAs and BHAs in my daily skincare routine.
Before using this device I soaked my T-zone and nose with a treatment that contained glycolic acid for about five minutes to loosen the debris in my pores. While it definitely sounded like it was working because of the slurping sound the suction was making, I didn’t see visible results after the treatment. The suction itself was very gentle, to the point I re-read the instructions to ensure I was using it correctly. I’ve read some reviews in the past that claim that devices like this can have a harsh suction which resulted in like a ‘hiccky’ small type of bruising . I commend the brand for the suction inbuilt due to the lightness of the suction.
Im a tad disappointed to see that my pores didn’t seem less visible or cleaner. However, like I mentioned above due to taking care of my skin I don’t tend to suffer with terribly bad pores! Personally I will stick with continuous use of AHAs and BHAs to maintain my pores instead of opting for a one time treatment.
I totally recommend @drunkelephant
award-winning AHA/BHA T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum that helps refine and resurface skin to reveal a smoother and more radiant looking complexion.
However, I will continue to use this device For the Light Therapy. There are 3 light therapy’s to choose that include:
❤️ Red light - to help restore damage
💚 Green light - to help brighten skin tone
💙 Blue light - to help reduce inflammation
I will update you on my thoughts after using it for a longer period.
