This is a mini "Millefoglie" pastry with yogurt cream.💜
They are amazing and really easy to do.
You can fill it with chocolate (like me😋) or you can use just fresh fruit.

With this recipe you will have 16 "wafer", a total of 8 "Millefoglie". Ingredients:😍
1 puff pastry
250ml of whipped cream
300grs of greek yogurt
150grs of icing sugar
Unfold 1 puff pastry sheet and gently roll it out, make it thin with a rolling pin. Cut the sheet with a cookie-cutter, and prick it all over with a fork. Move everything on a baking tray covered with baking paper,sprinkle them with sugar and then bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees until the pastry is golden. Let it cool.
In a bowl beat the cream with the sugar until soft and firm, then add slowly the yogurt with movement from the top to the bottom. With a sac a poche put the cream on the pastry and fill with chocolate chips, you can now put together your "Millefoglie". I let them stay a couple of hours in the fridge.
