Vegetable Stew with Paneer 😊
As children, my sister and I read up every Enid Blyton book we could get our hands on. Invariably, her description of the food got longing for them! She could made even raw tomatoes sound delicious to our young minds! And one thing that was mentioned in her writing was a "delicious pot of stew". Well, if she had been home today, she'd definitely have agreed that this stew was great!
If you see my stories today, you'd have seen the prep steps. It took just 20 minutes, and both the vegetable stew and the fried colocasia/arabi were ready to serve with the rice. A yummy meal, if there ever was one! My sister would heartily agree too!
