Up Tap Out Tap a great foundational intermediate to advanced #frontplank variation First, you need to have the plank position down - notice I’m protracted between the shoulder blades (they are spread apart as opposed to being squeezed together); I’m a bit dome shaped as I am tucking my lower ribs in as well as I am squeezing my glutes (rear end).
