You can't measure your pain against mine, and see which weighs heavier. I can't go inside your body and sense what your pain feels like. I can't go inside your mind and see how many times you thought about your own trauma. I don't judge your pain, I can only hope you heal soon. I hope you also wish that for me.

Back to School Wellness starts NOW! In our home we know prevention is key so we are starting now. My girls are not actually the age to go to school yet but we still prepare them for when they see cousins and friends or when we are at stores surrounded by all the germs that start getting passed around. Some of the things we are implementing are so easy the girls can do it themselves. -OnGuard protective blend or Stronger protective blend on their feet and up the spine every morning and night. I like to use the pre-diluted rollers in the touch or kids line. It does not get any easier than that. -OnGuard Sanitizing Spray for ALL the things when out and about. I have taken so many courses throughout my schooling...through high school and college and medical school. Since I pretty much always knew I wanted to pursue medicine and loved science, most of my classes were science classes. But I also love art and minored in it in college. On Saturday I attended a Nourish event and I've been percolating on how to pass on the mammoth amount of information I received. . Honestly, there's just too much to put into a single post. There were stories from women taking the wholefood capsules and the HUGE changes they and their families have experienced. There were stories from women who have smashed this business and are now living the kind of fulfilled and abundant life I'm working towards. There were Q & As with industry leaders on all facets of the business. And there was a presentation from wellness warrior Kate Golle @empowered.womens.project on wholesome healthy living and wow. It was nothing short of inspirational. . And also kind of instense. . Some of the stats she put out there were pretty scary. 👉Only 2.5% kids in Australia meet their recommended daily fruit and veg. 👉Only 5% of Aussie adults are meeting their recommended daily fruit and veg. 👉2 in 3 Aussie adults are overweight. 👉1 in 4 Aussie kids are overweight. . 😶That leaves a lot of people - familiies - in Australia struggling with their health. It wasn't all bad news, though. One nugget that stood out to me was this: . 👉At least 70% of diseases are PREVENTABLE through lifestyle changes. . 70%! 😮 Just through making wholesome lifestyle choices! That's great news!
