After eating so clean for 10 days and then having dessert🍪 and 2 watermelon sangrias yesterday 🍹 I felt sooooo sick last night🤢. Getting back on my meal plan today was easy.👌🏽 .

‘s glute day with banded side kicks (not in video), kickback pulses and banded sumo squat to jump. If I’m a little slow moving🐢 it’s bc I’m straight dead.🧟♂️
I use a “heavy” band for warm ups and also for banded hip thrusts and the “x-heavy” band for these. (4 levels of resistance come in a pack... TARYN to save 20%😍 @profitnesssure
