Could barely finish split squats at the end of leg day ๐Ÿ˜… still working on my form with these but they have been clutch for balancing out the strength in each leg and glute. My right side was dominant for a while and contributing to knee pain. These and stiff legged deadlifts for an extra 1-2 sets on the weaker side and everything is much more balanced, no pain ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ
