and reference. With sections on menu building, dieting, and table service and carving as well as hundreds of #recipes
of all kinds. Wells was manager of the Francisca Club in San Francisco and a former Assistant Professor of Institutional Administration at the Drexel Institute in Philadelphia; DeGraf was a home-economics consultant in San Francisco.
Boards are in excellent condition with only slight wear to corners and top and bottom of spine, and a few faint dot stains on back. Binding is cracked between pp.32-33, leading to some instability from there through pp64. Pages are clean and unmarked.
