Letting go is hard . Wether it’s letting go of a mental illness , person , job whatever it be be . If something is getting you down or someone then sometimes the best long term thing is to let it go . It takes courage and guts to do so and may seem like the worst thing at the time .
I’ve let go off friends , mental illnesses and my last job all because they didn’t serve purpose in my life/ they was making me worse long time . I’d be lying if I said it was straight forward and easy but god it took courage and it was so worth it .

3 great exercises to help combat knee tendon pain demonstrated by Naomi!
1) Elevated heel squats
2) Reverse nordics
3) Lateral box negative
All 3 exercises emphasise the eccentric motion (lengthening and loaded phase) which given the right dose, helps tendons recover from injury.
Minor discomfort in the tendon is ok here.
Keep the tempo slow.
Start with 2-3 sets here and work with 8-12 reps.
