Be honest.....How are your New Years Resolutions going? We are 20 days into this month - have you given up or are you going strong? ⠀
If you are going strong - AWESOME! Keep it up. What you are doing is working! ⠀
If you have given up, it isn't too late to start over. Change is hard. But remember why you wanted to change in the first place. Why did you set that goal? What brought you to the point that you wanted that to be your resolution for the new year? ⠀
Here are some tips to help you get back on track: ⠀
1. Write out your goals. Put them in a place that you see them daily (Screensaver on computer, sticky note in the bathroom/bedroom, big sign on your refrigerator, etc). ⠀
2. Be thankful daily for what you are able to do! ⠀
3. Tell 5 people who you know will support you most what your goals are. Let them hold you accountable. Without accountability - we will give in. Who is going to help keep you on track and tell you to get up at 5am for that workout, or say no to that extra glass of wine? ⠀
4. Keep goals simple. Trying to change too much all at once can seem overwhelming. Think baby steps. ⠀
