Hot hot hot🌑🌞πŸ˜₯ Did 4 Γ—500m intervals. Good session and felt amazing to be out there. School holidays means it's a bit trickier to stick to a plan but I usually still manage by going out in the evening. I only have a week and a half until the Chase the Sun 10k so I don't want to be doing too much between now and then. #MEDALMONDAY Yesterday was such a movie! Came back with this beauty, as well as two shiny new PB’s (including a possible sub 20 5k). Unfortunately the GPS was off so I can’t quite claim sub 20 yet, but... I can definitely take away the confidence I gained when I passed that 5km marker and looked down at my watch 😏. My official time came in at 41:39 which is a new 10km PB. If you’ve voted on my story thank you very very much πŸ™ but I’ve decided to decline both the PB’s on the watch. We’ll have another go soon, let’s see if we can do it officially next time πŸ‘ŠπŸΎ
