With the last day of holidays upon us, the thought of going back to school can be scary and one that causes great levels of anxiety and stress. 🥶
If this is how you feel, I want you to know that it is okay.
1. You are not alone in feeling this way ✔️
2. We are all in this together ✔️
3. There is solution ✔️
I want to discuss number three a little more. The thing about life is that it is balanced. Where there is down, there is up. Where there is low, there is high. And where there is a problem, there is always a solution. No matter what it is, every problem in life has a solution, and that is exactly the case for this situation. ✨
I can not tell you the solution to your problem, but I can tell you for a fact that there most certainly is one. It may take a long time to find, or it may take no time at all, but I promise you, it is there. 💫
I, along with many others are here to help you find it. So join us, and help find your solution. 🌈🌟

~Dear education system/school,
Dont make students anxious for stupid things which we know won’t matter in 10 years from now,
Physical and mental health of the students are more important than cramming , and making project files which aren’t even appreciated nicely.
Education is about gaining knowledge not about cramming so why are we supporting such education system which promotes cramming?
75% attendance wont assure someone will earn 75 lakhs per annum,
100/100 doesn’t mean that person is the most wise or mature (or even a good human)
Our education system kills creativity.
Please put humanity over materialistic things like marks and other basless things.~~
~~Maturity and age aren’t correlated,
Also acting childish doesn’t make you less mature,
And acting serious ALL the time doesn’t make you more mature.
Maturity means how you handle real world problem, has nothing to do with age or education.
We all make mistakes in our lives hence are all are somewhat immature in few situations,
You don’t know someone’s whole life, so stop assuming that they aren’t mature JUST Because they act “childish”~~
[these are the two topics which pisses me off more than ANYTHING. I have alot to say but cannot put it into words.]

A warning about Selective Mutism. “You can do anything to her and she won’t tell”. This.
I had a bully in school for many years. I’ll call him X. My silence irritated him and he let me know about it. He told me it was his mission to get me to talk. Of course he didn’t mean that in a helpful - I’ll encourage you and support you kind of way. No, he meant it in a - let me see how far I can push you until you have an outburst kind of way.
X would often wait for me at my locker and tell his friends to do the same. “Hey, you can do anything to her and she won’t tell”, he’d say to them. Let this be a warning to anyone who knows of a child with SM or a child who deals with social anxiety. The thing is, HE WAS RIGHT. I wouldn’t tell, not even when I got home. If I told I would have attention on me that I did not want, even if it’d be helpful. Having to talk to people was unimaginable especially about something that made me even more anxious.
There are some people out there who just look for the weak and vulnerable to prey on. I hold no anger against him. I’ve forgiven him. Sometimes I wonder what kind of home life he must have had to be that way.
In 7th grade I was called into the counselors office over an incident that happened with this boy. He was never talked to.
I sat in this room with a women counselor and for the first time broke down and told someone what had been going on. The response? Well, I should be flattered because X probably just had a crush on me. After all, I was the weird girl who never talks and he was a popular jock. I stopped talking to her. I wish I would have asked her if the same could be said if she was in my place and it was happening at work. I’m sure she wouldn’t think it was flattering then.
I went home from school that day and told my mom I’d never go back there and I never did. My parents always had my back even if they didn’t understand why. I switched schools and remained the same weird girl who never talked. This time though I was treated kindly and had an amazing experience.
This is just a part of my story. I hope it helps another girl who feels lost and alone to finally #standaglow
. What’s a part of your story?
I want to help kids manage the overwhelming feelings and emotions associated with anxiety, fear, change and difference.
If you are (or know of someone who might be) interested in stocking little wuppy, please let me know.
I want more kids to have access to this anxiety aid.
I need parents, guardians, teachers and kids to know they are not alone.
There is a small puppy called little wuppy that can help in a very big way.
Whatever works best for you.
Please help me help more kids.
Thank you, in advance, from the bottom of my heart ♥️🐶
Yep, it's that time again!
Boobie check time.
Poke them. Gently.
Prod them. Even more gently.
But have a good feel and a good look.
Do you notice ANY differences from last month?
If so, make an appointment with your GP... ASAP!
You and your health are important.

A year and a half ago i took my daughter to Kerry . She was suffering from anxiety to the point were going to school was really difficult. She was constantly fearful of teachers, tests and the unknown. Since doing the Kinesiology she is a different person and has over come so many challenges. She now manages to push herself and is really happy to be at school. Sure she has her ups and down but she feels strong enough to get through those times. Thankyou Kerry you are truly amazing
This is why I do the job I do. Being able to help others is my passion. I believe every child should have Kinesiology - the world would be a better place!
Thanks Jo for the beautiful review. Glad to be part of her journey 🙏
