Breakfast - Super goodness porridge (HEB), almond milk (HEA) and frozen raspberries.
Lunch - Asda mushroom rice (2syns), pepper, cucumber, 2 doughnut nectarines and a lemon cheesecake jelly (0.5syns). Dinner - Aubergine, courgette, onion, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, garlic and chilli cooked down to make a lovely thick topping for a handful of pasta topped with 40g reduced fat cheddar cheese (HEA). 1 x Gin and slim line tonic (4syns)
