⭐️Scoliosis Warrior Full Body Resistance Band Workout 2⭐️ . Happy Tuesday everybody, here is another resistance band home workout for y’all to try 😊 . ⭐️You can adjust the tension on the resistance band for more or less difficulty. . ⭐️Workout Format ⭐️6 movements. 4 sets ⭐️Do 1 exercise, take a 10-20 sec rest. Repeat 4 times & move onto the next movement. . . 1️⃣ Back Squat with Pulse- 12 Reps, 4 sets. ⭐️Hands in racked position ⭐️Break at hips first, then bend at knees ⭐️Breathe in on way down, exhale on way up ⭐️Keep knees out, don’t allow them to collapse in . 2️⃣ Row into Tricep Kickback- 10 Reps, 4 sets ⭐️Make sure to emphasize all 4 parts of the movement. ⭐️On tricep kickback your trying to get arm parallel to the ground (get your elbows up nice n high) . 3️⃣ Good Morning- 15 reps, 4 sets ⭐️Slight bend in knees, take hips and drive back behind you. ⭐️Bend over till body is parallel with the ground and drive hips forward and squeeze at top . . 4️⃣ 1 leg deadlift- 10 reps each leg, 4 sets ⭐️You will probably want to wrap the band around your feet a couple of times for this ⭐️Most of the weight should be in your front leg, slight bend at the knee ⭐️Your hips should drive this movement back and forward, squeezing your glutes at the top . 5️⃣ Front Squat with pulse- 12 reps, 4 sets ⭐️Break at hips first, then bend at knees ⭐️Breathe in on way down, exhale on way up ⭐️Keep knees out, don’t allow them to collapse in . 6️⃣ Lying pullover- 10 reps, 4 sets ⭐️Palms down, nice and controlled. . ⭐️Use your Lats well as your chest to pull band till arms are almost parallel to your body . .
