🍐🎉NEW BLOG ALERT!🎉🍐 This weeks' blog comes from another new international contributor, Zygel. She lives in a country where "mental health is a taboo subject, where students commit suicide without even telling another soul how they felt and worse, where companies won’t hire you when they find out you’re going to a Psychologist. I knew I needed help but I was afraid that if I reached out people will tell me that it’s just a feeling and it will pass, or worse, that I didn’t have a right to feel depressed because my life is better than most." Zygel connected with us because she wanted to share her story to help others feeling the same way understand that they're not alone in these feelings. "In some other city, some other place, another person feels the way I do. Maybe I couldn’t help them directly by messaging them or hugging them or lending a hand but at least for a moment, for one night or for a few minutes I can make them feel that there are others like them. I published this blog to let others who feel the same way as I do, know that they’re not alone." This new story is the perfect reminder that it's OK not to feel OK, but you don't have to do it alone.

Say Alhamdulillah if you are in the first category💕. And try to change your behaviour and you mindset if you find yourself among those who are constantly trying to find faults with other people (second category)🙏🏻 Dear all, trust me it is good for your own mental health🌸 if you can’t do it for others, atleast do it for yourselves😇
