READ THE CAPTION I come across many people who ask me why they aren't making any progress. I hear them say things like "I work very hard" or "I work out 2 hours everyday" or "I'm eating clean". There often isn't just one but many reasons why a person doesn't make progress. In my early days, I also asked the same questions and I also made the same mistakes. From my experience, these are the most important factor to make and measure progress. You might be eating clean but you might not know how much calories you're taking in, per day. You also need to pay more attention to the exercises you include into your routine. Finally, the most important factor that determines your progress is Sleep and rest you give yourself. You can workout 2 hour or even 3 hours. If the nutrition isn't proper and you aren't giving proper rest to your body, you're just exhausting your energy. This could be harmful in the long run.
