💥 Grip Strength 💥 Alright, so typically when doing deadlifts I will use the standard grip of one hand supinated and one hand pronated. After all my working sets, I will drop the weight down and switch to double over hand grip for a finisher (365lbs —> 225lbs). It allows to hit the forearms and work on better grip strength. I also sometimes do 5 second holds at the top of every rep. Lifting straps should not be used for doing this since they take the majority of the weight away from your grip❗️ Better grip strength = more weight you can lift and hold 👍🏼 On a side note, I have noticed that not a lot of people do deadlifts in this new gym.
