Pizza med köttbullar och röd pesto - snabb och smarrig!⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ INGREDIENSER ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ • 1 färdiggräddad pizzabotten ⁠⠀ • 1 mozzarella ⁠⠀ • En handfull färdigstekta köttbullar ⁠⠀ • 100 g körsbärstomater, halverade ⁠⠀ • Basilikablad ⁠⠀ Röd pesto:⁠⠀ • 200 g soltorkade tomater ⁠⠀ • 2 dl riven parmesan ⁠⠀ • 2 vitlöksklyftor⁠⠀ • 1,5 dl olivolja ⁠⠀ • 1 msk balsamvinäger⁠⠀ • 1 dl rostade pinjenötter ⁠⠀ • 1 handfull basilikablad ⁠⠀ • Salt⁠⠀ • Peppar⁠⠀ ⠀⁠⠀ Så här gör du:⁣⠀⁠⠀ 1. Börja med pesto genom att mixa parmesan, soltorkade tomater och vitlök i en matberedare. Tillsätt olivolja, balsamvinäger, salt och peppar. Avsluta med de rostade pinjenötterna och basilikabladen.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 2. Bred pesto på pizzabotten. Toppa med mozzarella, halverade köttbullar och körsbärstomater.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 3. Grädda i ugnen på 225 grader i cirka 5-7 minuter. Faire les choses soi-même a de nombreux avantages, la satisfaction du travail accompli évidemment mais aussi la liberté de choix, la sérénité éprouvée de savoir d'où proviennent les choses et comment elles sont faites. Vous l'aurez compris nous nous sommes lancés dans la fabrication de saucisses à la maison. Celles-ci sont parfumées d'origan, de parmesan, de graines de fenouil, de piment ñora, d'ail, de vin rouge et d'un peu de pâte de tomates. Nous avons aussi fait quelques chorizos frais pour l'occasion. Maintenant que nous nous sommes procuré l'équipement nécessaire, nous en avons terminé avec les saucisses hasardeuses et déjà les idées fourmillent. Boudins, saucisses de gibier, saucisses à griller pour l'été, c'est un nouveau champ des possibles qui s'offre à nous. Savoir ce que l'on veut, ce que l'on aime et en contrôler la plupart des détours n'est-ce pas satisfaisant ? . . . Caminho de Santiago - Dia 4 Tui - Mos 21km Diferente dos dias anteriores, comecei a caminhada esta manhã com companhia, minha companheira de quarto, assim como muitos outros peregrinos começam a caminha da em Tui, que fica a 114,5km de Santiago e se antes podia-se contar nos dedos o número de pessoas que se via pelo caminho, de agora em diante as coisas começam a mudar. Nossa caminhada começou por um bosque bastante agradável, passamos por uma ponte e pela primeira vez não foi necessário um “auto-retrato”. Tudo parecida bucólico, até entrarmos em uma rodovia as margens de uma zona industrial, repleta de carros, caminhões e barulhos em um horizonte que parecia não ter fim. Fiquei irritada, com fome, entediada e vontade de fazer xixi. Realmente, a vida urbana é um caos. Minha colega ficou em O Poriño, mas cheguei à conclusão que prefiro os pequenos vilarejos. O caminho seguiu por estradas secundárias com paisagens do campo. Entre um papo e outro com habitantes locais enquanto descansava nos muros os jardins, cheguei em Mos, um vilarejo com não mais do que 1000mil metros quadrados, sem praça, mas com uma igreja, enorme para os padrões locais, um restaurante e um albergue. Cheguei cedo, por volta das 15h e pensei: “é hoje que coloco a leitura em dia”. Como tinha fome entrei no restaurante e de lá só sai às 22h com q dona Ana trazendo a conta, pois segundo ela o Albergue iria fechar. Oi? Mas é aquela coisa, para bom entendedor meia palavra basta, bom, mas aí eu te pergunto: será que li ou fiz amigos?
