Thoughts can be changed. They are like water drops in a river and how you think will stream them. Worries are a dam. They stop the free-flow of thoughts. Worries cause thought jam. The more you think about worries, the more negative you become. Worries make thoughts stale, action impotent and faith half-hearted.
Change your thought process. Make thoughts nimble. Let thoughts flow. Do not let negativity settle and increase worries.
Rationalise and optimise. Think through and when you think deep without acting a martyr or victim, you will find a way out. Just remember that managing thoughts is your duty and responsibility. Those who manage their thoughts stop acting slave to worries. Their pain may not reduce but their ability and capacity to handle and reduce pain increases.
