Back with a little bench variation compilation and a new setup, shoutout @betitanfit . . . Haven’t flat benched in well over a year and wanted to get back to it. 5x5 with 205, nothing crazy, I’d say RPE6. . . . Next up some incline, 5x5 @ 185. Feeling the cut here, struggled a bit to get this. RPE8. . . . Close grip to close it out. Planning on hitting all bench variations excluding decline from here on out, especially with this new bench and power rack setup. Bringing leg day antics to your Thursday feed! 😜 • If you've been following my page for a while now, you know that I like to keep my workouts very functional. Get in, hit the compounds hard and fast, get out. Rinse and repeat with progressive overload each week.
