Hard work pays off x3! When Gracie first came to chat with me, her inner dialogue went something like this: "I'm not good enough... Why would anyone listen to what I have to share... I'm just another spiritual person".
Well, this just wouldn't do in my opinion. Grace had the most amazing potential, IS the most amazing person and DID have a hugely unique element to her offering, which these negative feedback loops were crushing on the daily. I took Gracie through a 12 month program and by the end of it she said SHE started seeing her bigger impact, and was able to break down the block that was stopping her from sharing it with the world. She started to own her uniqueness and through using the exact right messaging to her exact right corner of her market she was able to excel.
(ps if you were wondering what her uniqueness is: it's to empower women like me, who empower women like you!... And yes absoutely I am still working with her.... And YES she is brilliant at what she does)

51% of employees are "just there". Soooo sad! We have to do something about this, don't you think?
Part of the problem is that way too many people are in jobs that aren't really doing anything for them. Jobs that don't allow them to use their strengths or grow to their #bestpotential
