This is going to be one of my last photos from the old camera. Just wanted to share some of my old archives before I share the new shots from the new a7iii 🤸🏾♂️🎈 Canon 70D

This is one of famous photography sites along Oregon Coast. It is a hole on a rocky beach, during the low tide, it is completely out of sea level, during the high tide, it will be completely under the water, at the right tide level, you can see the water come in and out the hole like a well. To make the best of the pic, you need to have right tide level and great red cloud at sunset time. Last week, when I was there, the tide level was right, there should be red cloud in the sky, but unfortunately the low cloud/fog came in to cover the most of red cloud at the sunset time. Here is what I got, hope you like it until next time! -

Summer is finally happening in the Eastern Sierra (RIP non-existent Spring 2019) and everything is turning green 🥰 I’m still not well enough to do much besides go to work... so here’s some greenery from my Redwood trip 🍃
Here's a photo of me right before my Vernal Falls hike. During my hike, I got completely drenched, stopped 3 times and almost gave up...
In this moment, I was so mindful of how I talk to myself and it WAS NOT good. I replayed the story in my head and changed it up with a different narrative. I focused on the positive progress I was making and gave myself my own boost of confidence. Once I made it to the top, it was pure bliss. But in all honesty, it’s during the challenging moments that you see most growth.
Being MINDFUL of what you eat, who you surround yourself with and what choices you make, is what causes the positive shifts in your life.
Making conscious decisions is something I've focused on in 2019; working alongside brands that incorporate sustainability in their product is something I'm more attuned to. For instance, these @athleta
Trekkie Joggers were perfect for the hike - but even better, they're made of recycled materials 🏔❤️
Stay mindful ✌🏼
SoCal on that gloomy weather as of now. Luckily, caught some fire sunsets last week. 🔥

Happy Father’s Day to all you dad’s out there! Enjoy your day of relaxation and being celebrated (I’m talking to all you fur-kid dad’s too 🐾) Even this Burrowing Owl dad dropped the beetle and took a moment for himself 😁👍🏻
I posted this photo on my story yesterday and people seemed to like this the most. Thought I post on it on here
