• The main point of meditating is not to be practice as a relation exercise even tho lots of people use the practice of meditation for that purpose and it’s totally cool, however is my opinion that many people are reluctant to engage in the practice because it can be seen as a waste of time.
• Meditation works with self~awareness, fundamental part of a human being. With practice and knowledge of what and where to look for while meditating, the conscious mind expands, allowing you to be more clear on your energy fields and vibrations. There’s a completely different, new and awesome world behind the actual practice of meditation, where you actually have the power to rearrange yourself or be more influential in your field to attract the things you desire most. Meditation is also the gateway to healing and opening your #chakras
its power is so great that if it was just meant to be a relaxation exercise, it wouldn’t be around for such a long time.
