There are so many challenge moves in there and I know it will challenge me mentally and physically💪🏼I was very exhausted but focus on each moves and music tempo helped me so much today 🎶

Quick A B S 🍭 Try these just before you complete your workout and drink ya protein shake 💁🏼♀️! I have been adding more core/ab exercises to my routine because it’s almost Summer ☀️ and I LOVE training it 👙
1️⃣Side Plank Crunch
Keep your elbow directly under your shoulder and extend your top arm and leg. From here, bring your elbow towards your knee into a crunch. Hellooo baby obliques 🔥
2️⃣ Hand Walk-Out w/ Single Arm Reach
I love this because I can stretch my hamstrings too-WINNING! 😉 Begin in a forward fold (hamstring stretch) and walk your hands down into a plank. Come down on one forearm and reach your opposite arm as far forward as you can! 🙃 Don’t forget to alternate arms as you reach 🙌🏼.
3️⃣ Half bicycle into Full 🚲
I like to begin letting my legs flow for some reps before I add in my elbow to opposite knee rotation/extension.
4️⃣Arm Pullover Straight Leg Crunch
My arms are extended and reach above my head. I then extend my legs and bring my arms towards my legs 😅
