*Why am I going to the gym?!* At the moment there is only one reason I am going to the gym and that is to make it become a habit, I don’t really mind what I’m doing in the gym as long as I’m there and doing something 💪🏼 Once it becomes a habit and I’ve proven to myself that I can stick to it I will create more of a schedule. 💫 Today’s workout included: -20 minutes inclined fast walking. - 1 min plank - 1 min sit-ups - 1 min plank - 1 min crunches - 1 min plank. - 5 mins stretching 🧘🏽‍♀️ Why are you going to the gym? 💪🏼

There are three main reasons my clients say they don't like to wear certain colours:⁣ . ⁣ 1️⃣ "My mum/granny wears/wore that colour."⁣ 2️⃣ "It was the colour of my school uniform."⁣ 3️⃣ "That colour washes me out."⁣ .⁣ . To which I reply:⁣ .⁣ 1️⃣ "Well, maybe she had a similar colouring to you and it suited her."⁣ 2️⃣ "You were probably at school quite a few years ago so let's move on." ⁣ 3️⃣ "Let's try and figure out why you feel that colour washes you out."⁣ .⁣ . I can relate to no. 2 as my school uniform was bottle green and I didn't wear green for a few years afterwards. Besides, I couldn't squeeze into my school uniform even if I tried! 🤣🤣⁣ .⁣ . Zwischen Enttäuschung über die Gewichtszunahme und Strömendem Regen habe ich alte Trainingspläne herausgesucht zum Thema Home Workouts. Dabei viel mir mein 12 Minutenworkout in die Finger. With that having been said, you've got to learn to do your best you notice all of the subtle pre-threat target indicators. It's the smallest of cues that give you a chance. When you're doing this job you're taking in so much information at such a fast rate and making so many decisions simultaneously that it takes lots of brain power to do well in the smallest mistakes can be expensive...
