It has grown significantly over the past few months, because Mother NATURE is so NURTURING! πŸŒ¬πŸ’™ It’s scientifically proven that nature can balance out our positive to negative ion ratio in the body. Despite the name, negative ions are beneficial for the human body βž–βœ… while positive ions are harmful βž•πŸš« The highest concentrations of negative ions is found in natural, clean air. Balanced ions can help with more restful sleep, more energy, less anxiety and depression. Negative ions are abundant in nature, and we can be too.
